This chapter explains how people tend to equate health with how they feel, and this is misleading. Someone who feels well and is fit can be suffering from a fatal heart disease, and vice-versa. So there is little correlation between how you feel and the health of your heart. And while exercise may make you feel better, it does not improve your heart's health.
