Patrists Accept Different Sexual Roles
Patrists dutifully accept the demands of tradition and so adopt different roles for each sex. By supplying men and women with different but clear roles, the positive social impact of the different sexual characters is maximised, while the negative social impact is minimised. So by recognising that both genders have different traits and by encouraging some whilst discouraging others, tradition benefits the community. Hence both sexes are constrained by these rules to the profit of the family and the community. But as tradition often gives men the onerous task of management of the family and so places the female role as subservient to masculine demands, a specious interpretation is that:
Women are fettered by tradition, so the abandonment of tradition releases women from these unnecessary chains.
But the simple truth is that BOTH SEXES are fettered by tradition, the men as much as the women. And releasing women from their duties to society automatically releases men from their duties to society. So female liberation is the process of releasing adults from the duties required by the community to prosper.
Matrists Reject Different Sexual Roles
As Matrists only accept the limits demanded by convenience, they abandon the constraints of sexual roles in the name of "female liberation".
