The BALD UNCLE

Uncle Bill had thick, blond hair when he was a boy; but as he grew older it gradually disappeared, until he was quite bald on top.

"Why don't you have hair on the top of your head, Uncle Bill?" said his nephew, Sydney, one day.

"Oh, my dome is just somewhere smooth and shiny for the flies to skate on," was the witty reply.
