TIG the PIG
by W.A. Tyler

"Git said the farmer' wife. So, away went Tig the pig.

In Tig's pen, there were only scraps and rubbish for food. He couldn't help thinking he would like something nice to eat, for a change. So, the next time the farmer's wife brought him his 'food' he didn't eat it with his usual enthusiasm.

The wife noticed this change in Tig, especially after a few days. She then decided to change his food and give him something fresh and tastier.

Tig was pleased and ever afterwards grateful.
